The East Beast Challenge is our fundraising event for the 2018/2019 school year. There's NO SELLING involved and NO STUFF to give out! This is purely a donation-based fundraiser and we hope to raise enough money to have this be our only fundraiser this year.

This year, we have a goal to raise $15,000!  I know that sounds like a LOT, but what we are fundraising for is worth it.  With the support of our administration, we have decided to initiate phase 1 of a 3 phase process to install an outdoor classroom at East Elementary.  This year our goal is to be able to raise enough funds to install a covered shelter area with picnic tables for use by classroom teachers! This structure will cost a lot more than $15,000, but we also are looking at applying for grants and researching some other ways to raise the full amount.  We need all the help we can get!  The sooner we raise the money, the less phases we will need to build our structure!

We'll be raising money from September 10th through September 28th - the best and easiest way to do this is online, but you can send your check/cash to school with your student, too.

On Friday, October 5th, we'll celebrate with our school-wide East Beast Challenge event where groups from each classroom will work together as a team to conquer various types of mental and physical challenges, while learning and reinforcing our PBIS standards at East.
